Store Manager - Peppernuts Holland

We are looking for a Store Manager at Peppernuts Holland on Nieuwe Speigelstraat Amsterdam.

We at Peppernuts Holland share a love for Peppernuts and a desire to share them with visitors from all over the world. With over 80 flavours, there is something for everyone! We are a diverse, energetic and fun team that welcomes new ideas and collaboration. 

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to join our team 32 to 40 hours a week.

What will you be doing?

• Take full responsibility for your store, both in front and behind the scenes. 

• Share your passion for Peppernuts with the customer and provide an authentic brand experience leading to exceptional sales results.

• You guarantee high quality service and inspire your store staff to match your energy.

• Work with our Regional Manager to monitor your store's objectives and results. 

• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for partnerships.

• Use your enterprising attitude to devise creative campaigns to promote sales. 

• Ensure your store is full of delicious Peppernuts but monitoring and ordering stock.

• Use your excellent communication skills to manage a team of staff including scheduling, training, hiring and sharing your enthusiasm.

What do we offer you?

• You will work in a young and dynamic team.

• Salary between 2.300€ and 2.500 € depending on experience.

• Flexible schedule,  you can work with us full-time, including the occasional day on the weekend.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old and at least a VMBO diploma or you are in the process of obtaining one.

• Preferably experience in retail or hospitality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)
